Refund and Exchange Policy

Blossom Honey has a NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy. Once goods are sold they cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.

All our items are checked for quality before sale or shipment. We apologize for any product that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact BLOSSOM HONEY on mari@blossomhoney.co within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly list the following in your email:

  • Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach photograph)
  • Mention the date the item was received

The BLOSSOM HONEY team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.

Our product portfolio may have limited quantities. If an item is returned for replacement and we do not have the same item available, an alternative will be offered. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a refund (see Return/Refund Policy below) will be provided.
